United States Real Estate: Foreclosuregate Revisited

H/T to Calculated Risk, we revisit an old news of the foreclosuregatea.k.a. foreclosure fraud, in which the documents were not processed properly in the process of securitisation of mortgages. Now we know that those securitised mortgages were associated with the subprime crisis. Now it’s becoming a stumbling block to the recovery of the US housing market.
