European Central Bank keeps interest rate unchanged at 1.0%

The European Central Bank keeps the interest rate on main refinancing operations at 1.3%, interest rate on the marginal lending facility at 1.75%, and the interest rate on the deposit facility at 0.25%.  The action is in-line with market expectation.
